Since I got a paid account on flickr, I've been uploading all sorts of photos from a couple years back. Looking at Grand Teton photos today, I was struck by a couple things:
-I wish I had my zoom lens when I was taking pictures of elk, or trying to see that moose across the lake.
-I think I've become a better photographer since then. Some of the photos aren't as well-composed, or the colors are off. I hope that, a couple years from now, I can look back at these photos and say the same thing.
-I'm surprised at how well I remember where these photos were taken, and what they were of. I haven't geotagged them all (takes a while!), but I didn't have any problems geotagging my Yellowstone, Little Bighorn, or Devils Tower photos.
-Man, there's a lot of pictures.
-I definitely want to go back. Fortunately, I'm not too far away.
