Dinner
Since I only have a morning class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, I thought I'd be able to get back and cook dinner for Paula and Maureen for when they get home--one of the three recipes or meals I prepare. This was my stirfry dinner. I cook a mess of lentils and brown rice (I find that lentils take longer to cook, but if I put the lentils in before boiling the water, and the rice in after it starts boiling, that's enough extra cooking time for lentils) and then stirfry them with a bag of frozen veggies (veggie mixes are good for this). And TVP, if I have it. And some cajun seasoning. It's good, ah gar-on-tay.
